Online therapy for codependency

Helping adults to convert anxious attachment into a healthy and fulfilling relationship

Do you feel that your well-being and your mood are defined by your partner?

Making decisions may seem confusing and scary. What if you make a wrong choice? When you think about it, you feel that your biggest fear is failing. You feel confident that failure is not an option, and you believe that you cannot make mistakes.

Perhaps you are not sure who you are anymore. Your identity depends on your partner's moods and reactions. If they feel okay, you are okay, too. If they feel frustrated or angry, you believe it is your fault and experience an immediate urge to "fix" their mood.

 You’re ready to:

  • Gain a clear understanding of who you are and what you want in life.

  • Feel comfortable saying "no."

  • Be able to stay calm and enjoy people's presence.

  • Have a clear understanding of what you can and can't control.

  • To develop a deep and trusting connection with your partner.

Are you ready to feel confident about yourself and your loved one?

Codependent relational and emotional patterns take various shapes. You may find yourself obsessively waiting for a text or a phone call; you may feel responsible for your loved one's mood and blame yourself for their sadness or anger.

You may experience a never-ending urge to take care of your significant other, not so much out of affection but due to overwhelming fear that something awful will happen if you stop caring. As a result, you hesitate to express your wants and needs because they may not seem important, or you are simply unaware of what they are.

How it works

Working together, we'll explore the dynamics of your relationship and what makes you both repeat a vicious cycle of codependent patterns over and over. Additionally, we may need to look into any childhood trauma where you learned that failing to take care of your loved one may cause unpredictable consequences.

My primary aim is to utilize your own strength and resources to help you recover from a codependent mindset. You will practice identifying your thoughts and feelings when people around you experience a whole spectrum of emotions. As a result, you will strengthen a secure bond with your partner by being emotionally engaged and, at the same time, confident and content.

You don't have to live life trapped by
endless insecurities
